
Richard Casey
Richard Casey has dedicated his practice to helping his clients obtain positive outcomes in their personal injury cases in Colorado. During that time, Mr. Casey has successfully tried and won several trials, and has settled hundreds of cases favorably for his clients. Mr. Casey has also participated in mediations and arbitration, and has performed appellate work in the Colorado Supreme Court and the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is committed to helping his clients fight the insurance machine and works tirelessly to see that they don’t take advantage of them. Mr. Casey specializes in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and other negligence claims.
Although Mr. Casey is originally from the Boston area, he has strong roots in Denver since moving to the area in 2001. Mr. Casey received his law degree from the University of Denver-Sturm College of Law. Mr. Casey obtained a B.A. in political science from the University of Massachusetts, and is licensed to practice in all Colorado State courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Casey is also a proud member of Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and Colorado Bar Association.
